This policy explains what RE Intelligence ("we", "us") collects on reintelligence.com. The short version: reading the site and using the calculator collect nothing about you, and the only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact or newsletter form.
Reading the site and using the calculator
We run no analytics, no advertising tags and no session recording, and the site sets no cookies of its own. The calculator runs entirely in your browser: the numbers you enter are kept only in the page address, so you can share a result, and are never sent to us.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, and our DNS and security provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site, and keep server logs for a limited period for security and reliability.
Forms you choose to fill in
- Contact form: name, email, topic and your message. Emailed to us through SendGrid; not stored in a database on this site.
- Newsletter: your email address, the date you signed up and that you signed up here. Held by Brevo, our email provider, and added to the list only after you click the confirmation link we send.
Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser and processes signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from automated abuse. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing.
There are no loan, quote or lead forms on this site, and we never ask for a phone number.
Links to lenders, insurers and software
Service links go through a redirect on our domain (/go/...) to the provider's site. The redirect passes nothing about you. Once you arrive, that company's privacy policy applies, and if the link is an affiliate link it may use its own cookie to credit us for a sign-up. We receive reports of referrals and commissions, not your identity.
Who receives your information
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, security, Turnstile), SendGrid (email delivery) and Brevo (newsletter). They may not use it for their own purposes.
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public, and to a successor if the site is sold or transferred, under a policy at least as protective as this one.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle them and for our records, generally no longer than three years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; afterwards your address stays on a suppression list so you are not emailed again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We give these rights to everyone, wherever they live, honor Global Privacy Control signals, and will not treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, use the contact form and choose "A privacy request", or email legal@reintelligence.com. We verify requests in proportion to what they concern, usually by replying to the email address involved, and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
Children
The site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security and changes
The site is served only over HTTPS and we keep what we hold to a minimum; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
