How the site earns money
RE Intelligence is a publisher. It shows data and links out to services for rental investors. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through one, the provider may pay us a fee. That is the only way the site earns money. There are no display ads, no sponsored rankings and no paid placements in the data.
Payment never changes a number or a ranking. Every figure is computed by the same code from public data, whether or not a partner operates in that ZIP code, and rankings are sorted by the stated rule only.
What we do not do
- We do not take loan applications, quote rates, or pass your details to a lender, insurer or anyone else.
- We are not a lender, mortgage broker, insurance agency, real estate broker or investment adviser, and we do not recommend any specific loan, policy or property.
- There are no lead forms on this site and we never ask for your phone number.
